How Diddy spent his 56th birthday behind bars

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs celebrated his 56th birthday behind bars following his four-year sentence for two counts of transporting individuals to engage in pr0stitution. The disgraced hip-hop mogul marked his 56th birthday on Tuesday, November, 5, with a far-from-glamorous prison menu at the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix in New Jersey.  Diddy was served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with his food options including bran flakes, green beans, and a chickpea burger, as per People. The prisoners’ first meal of the day, served at 6:30 a.m., included fruit, a choice of bran flakes, breakfast cake, or whole wheat bread, plus two jelly packets.  The meal was accompanied by skim milk, margarine, and sugar-substitute packets. Lunch, which was served from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., included the option between chicken parmesan or a chickpea burger, and a beverage.  The lunch plate also featured pasta with marinara sauce and a side of spinach, served with a choice of garlic or whole wheat bread. At around 4:30 p.m., inmates were served cheese pizza or navy beans, served with Italian pasta salad, green beans, and a garden salad, plus assorted dressings and a beverage for dinner.   The post How Diddy spent his 56th birthday behind bars appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
