Nigerian cleric makes u-turn, shares another video denying claims that herdsmen disrupted a crusade he was holding in Nasarawa

Evangelist Daniel Ukpo, a Nigerian cleric, who made news two days ago after he shared a video from his crusade ground claiming some herdsmen had invade the crusade ground in Agboda community and disrupted their gathering, has come out to dismiss the claim.Ukpo was picked up by men of the Nasarawa State Police Command yesterday November 26 for what the police claim to be him spreading false news” According to a statement from the state police command spokesperson, SP Rahman Nansel, preliminary investigation revealed that on the said day of the crusade, a motorcyclist was attacked by unknown persons along a feeder road leading to Agboda Village. The victim sustained a machete cut, and his motorcycle was taken away by the assailants. Police investigation showed that it was this incident that was mistaken as herdsmen invading the community to disrupt the crusade. In a video he shared, Ukpo claimed that the herdsmen had invade the community and disrupting the crusade.In a video he has now released, Ukpo dismissed claims of herdsmen invading his crusade ground.
