‘Kill all’ for ‘martyrdom’ -Pakistani immigrant arrested with car full of guns, planned to carry out mass shooting on school campus.

 A University of Delaware student and Pakistani-born American citizen, Luqmaan Khan, 25, has been arrested after police discovered a large cache of weapons, ammunition, body armor, and a notebook allegedly outlining plans for a mass shooting and martyrdom. Khan was taken into custody just before midnight on November 24 after officers spotted him sitting in his pickup truck in a closed park. According to authorities, his suspicious behavior prompted officers to search the vehicle, where they uncovered a Glock .357 pistol, multiple loaded 27-round magazines, and body-armor plates. Prosecutors said the pistol had been fitted with a kit that converted it into a semi-automatic rifle.Investigators also found a notebook containing handwritten notes that allegedly described a plot to attack the University of Delaware campus police department. The notebook reportedly included a detailed map of the police headquarters marked with planned entry and exit points, as well as phrases such as kill all martyrdom, ABC 6 reported.  Police said the notes referenced premeditated assault plans and various tactics intended to avoid capture.Khan allegedly told officers that achieving martyrdom was one of the greatest things you can do. One campus police officer was specifically mentioned in the plans, though the reason remains unknown. Following the arrest, the FBI searched Khans Wilmington residence, where agents found additional weaponsincluding an AR-style rifle with a red-dot sight and a second Glock pistol equipped with an illegal device converting it into a fully automatic weapon capable of firing up to 1,200 rounds per minute. Eleven extended magazines, hollow-point ammunition, and a bulletproof vest were also recovered. None of the firearms were registered.Neighbors said Khan had previously been friendly but had become noticeably withdrawn in recent months. He had no prior criminal history, according to Spotlight Delaware. Khan is currently being held in custody and has so far been charged with illegal possession of a machine gun as the FBI continues its investigation. Police credited diligent work by officers for preventing what could have been a devastating attack. They just randomly drove up in Canby Park West, Newcastle Police Master Cpl. Richard Chambers said.
