Men of the Bauchi State Police command have arrested a 28-year-old man for criminal intimidation, assault, and raping his eight-year-old biological daughter. Disclosing this to newsmen on Thursday, January 8, the commands spokesperson, Nafiu Habib, said the suspect lured the minor into a bathroom where he sexu@lly violated her. On 31/12/2025 one Baffaji Muhammed m reported at the Divisional Police Headquarters, Alkaleri, that on 30/12/2025 at about 1830 hrs, one Baffaji Abba m, aged 28 yrs (same address as the complainant), lured his biological daughter (name withheld), aged 8 yrs, into a bathroom and forcefully had carnal knowledge of her through both her vag!na and an&s about five times in a single day against her willOn receipt of the report, a team of detectives led by CSP Kadiri Danjuma, DPO Alkaleri, swiftly visited the scene, moved the victim to General Hospital Alkaleri for immediate medical attention, and arrested the suspect.The suspect, who is also the father of the survivor, reportedly confessed to the crime during interrogation after his arrest.
