
The Lagos State Environmental Taskforce and Anti-Crime Squad have arrested a suspect in connection with an attack on a motorist whose vehicle broke down along the OshodiIyana Ipaja Road. The state Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, disclosed this via his X handle on Thursday, January 15. He said the incident occurred on Wednesday January 14 at about 8:30 p.m. when the suspect, alongside other gang members, attacked an innocent citizen and forcibly demanded money after the victims vehicle developed a fault on the busy roadway.
