Man banned from all kids’ playgrounds after he’s caught performing disgusting act

A man has been jailed after being filmed performing a disturbing act near a children’s playground. Andrew Lewis, 55, exposed his male member in full view of children on two separate occasions over the summer in Oakdale, Caerphilly county borough, South Wales. He was seen on June 1, 2025, standing on decking in his garden overlooking a nearby play area. Two children, aged 11 and 12, filmed Lewis while he m@sturbated. At a sentencing hearing at Newport Crown Court, Judge Carl Harrison told Lewis the footage “showed you m@sturbating while looking towards the play area” near Auckland Close in the Penmaen area of Oakdale. The judge added: “You were m@sturbating in an elevated position where there was a gap with a direct view of the playground.” More than a month later, on the afternoon of July 23, 2025, two 12-year-olds reported seeing Lewis in his back garden exposing and touching himself while looking at them, Wales Online reports. Judge Harrison said Lewis “intentionally exposed [his] pnis for it to be seen” before m@sturbating. Lewis, of Auckland Close, was convicted of one count of engaging in sxual activity in the presence of a child under 13 and one count of exposure following a trial in September last year. He was sentenced to a total of 25 months in prison, with 20 months for the sxual activity charge and five months for the exposure charge. Lewis was also ordered to pay a 228 victim surcharge and made subject to a notification requirement and sxual harm prevention order (SHPO), both for a period of 10 years. Under the SHPO, Lewis is prohibited from remaining in any household where a child under the age of 16 is present and cannot allow anyone under the age of 16 into his home or premises unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. He must wear “normal clothing” while in his garden and is barred from contact with children under the age of 16 unless consent has been obtained or the contact is “within regular occurrence in daily life”.Lewis was also told that entering any play parks or play areas would constitute a breach of the order. The post Man banned from all kids’ playgrounds after he’s caught performing disgusting act appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
