Speaking during an interview on The Podcast Network TV, Uriel recounted how her intense desire to get married and start a family disappeared after encountering a man who treated her badly. She used a popular Nigerian expression to describe the emotional pain she endured.
“I met someone who showed me real alligator pepper the obsession with marriage and kids vanished from my head,” Uriel said, drawing laughter and sympathy from the audience.
She explained that the man’s toxic behavior opened her eyes to the dangers of rushing into relationships out of societal pressure.
