Three abducted family members regain freedom after ransom payment in Kogi

Three kidnapped residents of Taki community in Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State have regained their freedom after spending over a month in captivity. The victims Eniojukan Samuel, his wife, Eniojukan Bunmi, and sister-in-law, Ekomitan Mary were abducted along the IhaleTaki Road more than four weeks ago. The bandits demanded N20m ransom to release the victim.  According to community sources, their release followed the payment of a ransom.  While details surrounding the negotiations remain undisclosed, the return of the victims has brought immense relief to their families and the wider community.   The post Three abducted family members regain freedom after ransom payment in Kogi appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
