Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna addresses rumor of her husband Harry Hamlin being gay

Lisa Rinna is addressing long-standing rumours about her husband Harry Hamlins s3xuality, making it clear she says he is not gay.In her new memoir, You Better Believe Im Gonna Talk About It, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tackles the speculation directly, writing: Lets just clear this up one last time, once and for all: Harrys heterosexual.Rinna added that there is nothing wrong with being gay, but stressed that her husband is not in any way, shape or form.She suggested the rumours may have stemmed from Hamlins role in the 1982 film Making Love, in which he portrayed a gay man involved in a relationship with a married straight man. According to Rinna, that performance may have contributed to assumptions about his personal life.However, she said she was largely unaware of the gossip until she joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2014. Even then, she did not take it seriously, noting that many of the husbands on the show faced similar speculation.Rinna argued that in Hollywood, good-looking and fashion-conscious men are often subjected to assumptions about their s3xuality. She implied that Hamlins appearance and style may have fuelled unfounded conclusions.
