
A former doctor has been charged with alleged sxual ass@ults carried out against 38 victims who were patients in his care. Nathaniel Spencer, of Quinton, Birmingham, has been charged with dozens of sx attacks between 2017 and 2021. The 38-year-old is accused of sxually ass@ulting adult and child patients who were in his care after an investigation by Staffordshire Police. Officers investigated claims made against him at Royal Stoke University Hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley. He is accused of nine counts of sxual ass@ult of a child under 13, three counts of assault of a child under 13 by penetration, and one count of attempting to assault by penetration. He was charged today and will appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on January 20, 2026.
