A Nigerian lady, Glory Okotie, has narrated the story of a former neighbour and how his life changed drastically after losing his job with the Nigerian Port I had this neighbor who used to work at NPA then. He was doing well financially. Kids attended private schools, she wrote in a Facebook post on Friday. Whenever he closed from work, they would fetch him water, take it to the bathroom and then serve him his food in a special plate and cup. He usually ate outside when there isnt light. He was such a nice man and had a sense of humor. We all had nicknames which He gave us. Everyone respected him. Then life happened to him. NPA sacked most of their workers and also sacked him. The money stopped coming. The chair went. The special cup went. The special plate left. He started fetching water from the well and taking to the bathroom himself. Life crazy
