Kanayo Esinolu, a former Aide to Emeka Ojukwu during the Biafra war, has stated that his father had large sums of money deposited in the African Continental Bank (ACB) on Milverton Avenue in Aba before the war began. He said after the war ended, his father was stripped of his wealth and given only 20 pounds by General Gowon’s government
