He revealed that he earned his first two million dollars at the age of 24 and stated that the majority of successful people worldwide achieve their success between the ages of 12 and 28. According to him, those who have not attained significant success by the age of 30 have essentially missed their opportunity. “I made my first 2 million dollars at the age of 24. Eighty-six percent of successful people on the face of this earth all became successful between the ages of 12 and 28. If you don’t get it by 30, you already missed it,” he said.

Maduka also expressed his views on homeownership for young men, stating that a responsible young man who knows his path by 30 should not merely be renting or living in apartments but should own a house. He stated that owning a home by that age is a realistic and attainable goal even in the current generation, noting that many young people are indeed building houses by the time they reach 30.
