Nigerian politician and current FCT minister Nyesom Wike has expressed his disappointment at some women in white dresses who were praying for him to die, instead of praying for peace to be possible between him and suspended governor Siminalayi Fubara.

In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of TVC News during an interactive session, he explained that he saw some women praying in the church when Fubara was in attendance, and instead of them praying for peace between the two of them, they were busy praying for him to die.

In his statement, he said, “I saw some women praying at the ecumenical centre against me, and I wondered how God would answer such prayer because it was selfish, and I consider it a fraud. Instead of women in white to pray for peace between me and Fubara, they are praying for me to die.”
